  Over the phone they were able to help me do some diagnosis of the problem and check for simple things to make sure they didn't come out and have to charge for a service call for some minor thing I could do myself. Every other AC company I have ever called has someone that can only schedule an appointment and if you ask to talk to a technician they say sorry I can only schedule a time for someone to come to your home. It was obvious they are the type of company that gets repeat business from being honest and having Integrity.
